An ambitious team that wants to realise an idea of which it is convinced it will be of vital importance for the nutrition of the 21st century. Through cutting-edge biotechnological methods they aim to produce milk. However, it will not be a replacement, but chemically 100% identical to the original product – without any greenhouse gas emission!

If you have a food-or biotechnological, food-chemical or microbiological bacfiground, you are exactly who we are looking for! Further important qualifications are:

• Completed master’s degree, PhD students/holders preferred
• Lab experience with bacteria, protozoa, and fungi in an anaerobic environment
• Experience with bioreactors G fermentation processes
• Experience with purification processes welcome
• Work experience welcome
• Capability to work independently is crucial
